Why it matters
First they play. Then they breathe.
Each session begins with 30 minutes of three themed, imagination-inspiring soccer games — built on the repetition young kids thrive on — growing foot-eye coordination, social skills, and confidence.
Then the mats come out for 10–15 minutes of narrative-based yoga and simple mindfulness techniques, so kids finish calm, focused, and proud of themselves.
The timing matters: by age five, a child's brain has done the vast majority of its growing — making these years the perfect window to plant motor, social, and lifelong emotional skills. And because every child deserves that start, Mindful Goals is pay-what-you-can, so no family is ever priced out.
